HOME BREW RECIPE - 5 JUGS
Brew up and get the party started with 5 Jugs! This Vienna-style lager is smooth, and clean and delivers a pleasant nose using noble hops. There's a beckoning hint of malty sweetness but this beer style keeps you guessing with a seductively dry finish. It's too good for Beer Pong, but could be the reason your next party is a slammer! Grab your jugs and get brewing!

Ingredients for the 5 Jugs
2.25kg - Joe White Vienna Malt
1.5kg - Weyermann Pilsner Malt
1.4kg Joe White Munich Malt
50g Weyermann Carafa Type 2 Malt
60 min - 40g Hops #1
15 min - Whirlfloc Tablet
15 min - 15g Hops #1
2 Packet - Fermentis Saflager S23 Yeast
Brew Time: 4 - 8 weeks
This kit also includes hops products, The exact flavours are a store secret. Exact Hop's names are given on the recipe card in the kit.

Instructions
Mash Schedule: 67°c for 90 mins (optional: add 5.2pH buffer to strike water)
Lauter/Sparge: Sparge with enough 75°c water to achieve 28L pre-boil volume
Boil Schedule: Boil for 90 mins to reduce DMS, adding hops and whirlfloc as indicated.
Fermentation: Rehydrate yeast before cooling wort to 15°c, aerate wort and pitch rehydrated yeast cream. Ferment at 10°c or until SG reaches 1.012, then transfer to keg/carboy/secondary fermenter to lager at 2°c for a minimum of 4 weeks, preferably 8 weeks. (optional: rack to secondary fermenter or carboy before lagering, then transfer to keg or bottles)
