FAQ - Standard Deliveries
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver our orders all over Australia and New Zealand with the exception of bulk landscape products or heavy items which are only able to be delivered in a local area around Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsular (see more here).
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
At Wallington's WRG, we take pride in providing a fast turnaround for your order. At the moment we are offering three different delivery options and Click & Collect.
If you have selected Australia Post as delivery option, your order will be dispatched on the following business day (Mon-Fri). Please keep in mind, that we do not have any influence on the delivery times of Australia Post. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, delivery times can take up to 14 days as Australia Post deals with the increase in parcel volumes. Please see the Australia Post website for the latest updates.
If you have selected the local delivery option, we aim to get the product delivered to you the following business day. Sometimes, we might deliver on the same day if your order is en-route. We are currently delivering from Monday to Friday for store orders. Our delivery fee is $12.95 for all orders from eligible postcodes, temporary promotions might apply. All stockfeed deliveries will now be included under this option. This pricing does not include bulk landscape supplies. PLUS Members will receive free delivery on any orders of $100 or more in value that do not include bulk items.
Wallington’s WRG provides delivery in Geelong and district seven days a week. We deliver our bulk landscape supplies. We will deliver any of our bulk supplies for quantities of one cubic metre or more, please get in touch with us to discuss your delivery options and prices, as these vary depending on the order volume, truck availability and order day.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Our store is open on most of the public holidays. To avoid disappointment, it is best to plan and order ahead, especially during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter. Our Landscape team does deliver on most days, they will call you and confirm the delivery date and time after you have placed the order.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, we have given our couriers authority to leave your order in your designated place, so you don't need to be there when we deliver. We are taking a photo as proof of delivery.
Do you ship or deliver outside of Australia?
Yes we ship to New Zealand. We have also shipped into USA, Mexico and most countries in Europe. If you wish an order to be shipped to a country outside of Australia and New Zealand, please contact us.
If we decide that we can ship to your destination country, you take full responsiblity to clearing customs, paying taxes or duties. You take full responsibility that you are allowed to purchase and own this product and that this does not violate any local laws or regulations.
Please note, we will not pay for returns. If you or customs decline the delivery, we will not refund any postage fees.
