A fine German hop. It has a red wine, tobacco like aroma.
A good choice for bittering, flavor and/or aroma in all German ales or lagers. Traditional German landrace variety selected in the Hersbruck area. Grown widely not only in the Hallertau but also in Spalt and Hersbruck areas.
While we endevour to provide correct information on the alpha acid content of our hops, the AA content varies from crop to crop. Thus, we are at the mercy of what is supplied to us from the wholesaler.
Good to very good aroma hop.
