This high-alpha variety has no real distinct aroma character, so is viewed very favourably as a clean, smooth bittering hop.
Very clean bittering hop and so smooth. Similar aroma to Willamette, so great in dark beers and IPA's.
Typical Hop Use: As base bitterness in Ales and especially Lagers.
Possible Substitutions: German Magnum, possibly Horizon
Typical Beer Styles: Good bittering hop for all Ales and Lagers
