SERVING SUGGESTIONS
SPARKLING Lime
Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Lime Shrub Syrup to 5 parts soda water Adjust to taste. Serve with ice and a sprig of mint.
Add some gin for a great alternative to a Gin and Tonic, or white rum & lots of mint for a twist on a Mojito.
MARGARITA
75ml Tequila or Mezcal
30ml The Curious Cabinet Lime Shrub Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass, rimmed with The Curious Cabinet Lime Dust. Serve.
