When you receive your pearls, please don’t worry if you can’t see them as there will definitely be pearls in there! The pearls are in the same balsamic vinegar and are the same colour as the balsamic, hence it can be really difficult to see them. We encourage you to open them and have a look, as they are there! The label on the jar says 110g net, and there are actually 95g of pearls with 40g balsamic vinegar (a total of 135g!) so although it may seem like there is a lot of fluid surrounding the pearls, you’re definitely getting a happy bonus with the additional balsamic vinegar! And don’t forget to also use the balsamic they are stored in as this is also delicious!
