This kit contains authentic cheese-making culture so you can be sure your cheese will look and taste the part. Designed to be used in any kitchen. No cheese making experience is needed!

Cheese the kit makes Feta, Halloumi, Cottage Cheese, Light Cream Cheese, Cream Cheese, Chevre Frais, Goat's Feta, Quark and Farmhouse butter.
No artificial flavours, preservative-free & vegetarian.
The mesophilic culture is shelf-stable for 8 months. However, we suggest storing cultures in the freezer when you get them in order to prolong the life of the culture.
