Made using an ancient Aztec technique called Nixtamalization, which dates back over 3500 years, our corn chips are crafted from locally grown wholegrain Australian corn. This traditional method involves soaking the corn in alkali water (lime), washing, and cooking it before grinding it into a delectable dough known as masa. The authentic masa is then infused with our intense chili puree, seasoned to perfection, and topped with Carolina Reaper powder for that extra kick!

Packaged in 100% Australian made, resealable bags, these chips are designed for those who dare to take on the heat. We’re confident you won’t be able to finish the bag in one go, but we challenge you to try!
