Delivery Options
At Wallington's WRG, we offer a range of delivery and collection options depending on the products in your order, your delivery location and your PLUS Club membership status.
The delivery options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Pickup
Customers can collect online orders from our Wallington store.
Most orders are available for collection on the same day. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is available Australia-wide for eligible products that can be safely shipped through our parcel delivery network.
Individual items weighing more than 20kg, or products classified as oversize or requiring specialist freight, are not eligible for Standard Shipping.
Orders containing multiple eligible items may have a combined cart weight greater than 20kg. In these cases, Standard Shipping may still be available and the shipping charge will be calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location.
Oversize Delivery – Victoria Wide
We offer delivery of selected heavy and bulky products to addresses throughout Victoria.
Products requiring this service may include large garden products, outdoor products and other items that cannot be safely shipped through our standard parcel network.
The applicable Oversize Delivery charge will be displayed at checkout based on the products ordered and your delivery location.
Some products may have delivery restrictions due to their size, weight or freight requirements.
PLUS Club Free Delivery
PLUS Club members receive FREE delivery on eligible orders of $125 or more when logged into their PLUS Club account at checkout.
To qualify:
- The order value must be $125 or greater.
- You must be logged into the account associated with your active PLUS Club membership.
- The order must not contain bulk landscape products.
- Orders being delivered outside Victoria must have a total weight of less than 10kg.
- Oversize, heavy, bulky and special freight items may be excluded.
If your PLUS Club delivery benefit does not appear at checkout, please check that you are logged into the correct PLUS Club account.
Landscape Delivery
Wallington's WRG provides local delivery of bulk landscape supplies throughout Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and surrounding areas.
We can deliver products including soils, sands, mulches, composts, rocks and other bulk landscape materials.
Landscape delivery pricing depends on your location, the quantity ordered and the size of truck required.
Available delivery options and charges will generally be displayed when ordering eligible landscape products online. Please contact our Landscape team if you require assistance with a delivery or larger order.

Where do you deliver?
For eligible products, we offer Standard Shipping throughout Australia.
We also offer Oversize Delivery for selected heavy and bulky products throughout Victoria.
Bulk landscape products are delivered within our local landscape delivery area around Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and surrounding areas.
Selected products can also be shipped to New Zealand.
The delivery options available for your order will be shown at checkout and depend on the products being purchased and the delivery address.
How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch online orders as quickly as possible.
Orders placed from Sunday to Thursday are generally dispatched on the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are generally dispatched by the following Monday.
Delivery time after dispatch will vary depending on your location, the products ordered and the delivery service used.
How much does Standard Shipping cost?
Standard Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.

How much does Landscape Delivery cost?
Landscape delivery charges depend on your delivery location, order quantity and the truck required to complete the delivery.
Weekend and public holiday surcharges may apply.
Please contact our Landscape team if you require assistance with a delivery quote.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
In many cases, you do not need to be home to receive your delivery.
Where permitted by the delivery service, our couriers may have authority to leave your order in a safe location at the delivery address. A photograph may be taken as proof of delivery.
Some heavy, bulky or specialist deliveries may require additional delivery arrangements.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Our store is open on most public holidays; however, delivery and courier services may be limited.
We recommend ordering ahead during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Selected products can be shipped to New Zealand.
For destinations outside Australia and New Zealand, please contact us before ordering so we can determine whether the product can be shipped to your country.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges and for ensuring that products can legally be imported into the destination country.
