Yeast Suggestions

US-05

Instructions:

We typically ferment with US-05 on the lower end, pitching @ 17ºc and allowing to free rise to 20ºc. Allow a few days after fermentation for diacetyl to clean up then cold-crash. Leave cold for at least a week before packaging. This beer looks gorgeous when finings are used prior to packaging. We carbonate to 2.7 volumes of CO2.

Remember, this is your beer! This is a great wort base to play around with different yeasts and hops. Experiment and have some fun with it.

How to use the kit!

1 – Pour the contents of the bag into your sanitised fermenting vessel.

2 – Pitch yeast as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

3 – Once fermentation has finished, proceed to bottle/keg. Carbonate and Condition.

4 – Enjoy responsibly!
