STORE & LANDSCAPE ASSISTANT

Casual Position

We are currently looking for a Store and Landscape Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will support our sales team for assisting customers loading goods into their vehicle and completing general labourer tasks around our business. You must be extremely fit to complete this role, it requires repetitive lifting. A medical and police check is required to begin this position.

About the role:

  • Load customers vehicles safely and promptly
  • Fill bags with bulk product for sale
  • Assist sales team with placing away stock in various departments including bulky outside products
  • Complete general tidying around the business
  • Assist team with maintaining our drive thru

Applicants must:

  • Be physically fit and able to lift repetitively
  • Outstanding communication
  • Be flexible and available to work a roster of weekends, weekdays, early mornings and public holidays
  • Have a positive and can-do attitude

WRG can provide training in customer service and operating vehicles and machinery for the right candidate. This is a great first step into working in retail or machinery operation.

A forklift licence and manual car licence would be an advantage.
