3.8kg - Barrett Burston Pale Malt
600g - Joe White Munich Malt
400g - Simpsons Pale Crystal Malt
300g Joe White Chocolate Malt
200g Briess Midnight Wheat
60 min - 40g Hops #1
15 min - Whirlfloc Tablet
15 min - 20g Hops #2
10 min 10ml Liquorice Essence (Not included in kit)
1 Packet - Fermentis Saf Ale 04 Yeast
Brew Time: 2 months

Instructions
Mash Schedule: 67°c for 60 mins, then mash out at 76°c for 10 mins (optional: add 5.2pH buffer to strike water)
Lauter/Sparge: Sparge with enough 76°c water to achieve 26L pre-boil volume
Boil Schedule: Boil for 60 mins, adding hops and whirlfloc and dextrose as indicated.
Fermentation: Cool wort to 24°c aerate wort and pitch yeast. Ferment at 20°c for 2 weeks or until SG reaches 1.015. Bottle or keg and allow to mature for 2 months before serving.
