Ingredients for the American Dream Cream

2.1kg - Joe White Export Pilsner Malt

2.1kg  - Briess 2 Row Base Malt

450g - Briess Flaked Corn

500g - Mangrove Jack's Powdered Corn Syrup (add to boil with 10min remaining)

60 min - 20g Hops #1

15 min - Whirlfloc Tablet

0 min - 15g Hops #1

1 Packet - Fermentis US-05 Ale Yeast

Brew Time: 3 - 4 weeks

This kit also includes hops products, The exact flavours are a store secret. Exact Hop's names are given on the recipe card in the kit.

Instructions

Mash Schedule: 65°c for 90 mins (optional: add 5.2pH buffer to strike water)

Lauter/Sparge: Sparge with enough 75°c water to achieve 28L pre-boil volume

Boil Schedule: Boil for 90 mins to reduce DMS, adding hops and whirlfloc as indicated.

Fermentation: Cool wort at 24°c, aerate wort and pitch yeast. Ferment at 18°c or until SG reaches 1.009. Bottle of keg and allow conditioning for minimum of 3 weeks before enjoying
