Ingredients for the Raspberry Hefeweizen
- 3.0kg - Briess 3 Row Base Malt
- 1.6kg Best Malz Wheat Malt
- 110g Joe White Munich Malt
- Whirlfloc Tablets
- 1 Packet of Fermentis WB-06 Wheat Yeast 11g

You will also need the following extra items
- 200g Frozen Raspberries (Not Included In This Kit)
- 1 Cloth Bag for Raspberries (Not Included In This Kit)
Brewing Instructions
Mash Schedule: Start at 65°c for 60 minutes, then mash out at 75°c for 10 minutes (Optional: add 5.2pH buffer to strike water)
Lauter/Sparge: Sparge with enough 75°c water to achieve 26L pre-boil volume
Boil Schedule: Boil the concoction for 60 minutes adding hops and whirlfloc as indicated
Fermentation: Cool worts to 24°c aerate worts and pitch yeast. Ferment at 20c for 4-5 days or until SG reaches 1.025. Sanitise the included bag, fill it with frozen raspberries and add to the fermenter. Ferment for a further 7 days or until SG reaches 1.012. Bottle or keg and allow to mature for 3 - 4 weeks before serving.
