The Otway Kitchen is a not for profit enterprise located snuggly in Colac, Victoria specializing in gluten free traditional and gourmet jams, chutneys, pickles and relishes with no artificial colours or additives.

A GenU initiative, The Otway Kitchen helps kick start the careers of supported workers and people with disability. They learn new skills in a state of the art industrial kitchen and build confidence in a work environment. It provided a nurturing work environment where the team is involved in the whole business process; from processing the fresh local ingredients, to labeling the products, to packing the orders and monitoring the inventory. They are also involved in marketing and distributing the products to provide valuable learning experiences for improving their self-esteem.
